Have questions?  I am here to assist you throughout the process of buying or selling a home. If your question is not listed below, contact me for more information.

Q: I would like to buy a home, how do I start?
A: This is a very common question. To begin the purchase of a home, it is recommended that you first get pre-qualified. Click here for complete home buying process.

Q: What credit score is needed to purchase a home?
A: As of February 1st, 2010, many banks require a minimum credit score of 620 for an FHA loan. This may vary by bank so it is recommended to visit with your bank or another Financial Institution to get pre-qualified.

Q: My Credit Score is below the minimum credit score, how can I buy a home?
A: It is recommended that you review your credit report every year. AnnualCreditReport.com is an excellent resource to do that. You can see your Credit Report FREE of charge every 12 months.

Another resource to better understand how to improve your credit is Credit.com. This site "grades" your credit report and gives you an analysis on how to improve your credit score.

Last, but not least, feel free to give me a call to answer any questions you may have about improving your credit.
