Why Sell?

Consultation (FREE): The first step in selling a home is to contact me so that I can understand the type of property and the property specifications you would like to sell.
Market Analysis (FREE): The selling price of the home is one of the biggest contributors to how quickly a home sells. With the tools available to me as a Licensed Real Estate Agent, I can find the the best price point for your home.
Multiple Listing Service (MLS): As your licensed Realtor, your home will be marketed to everyone in Lubbock and the surrounding areas. Your home will be viewable by other Real Estate Agents and consumers via websites such as gmaclubbock.com, Trulia, and Zillow.
Receiving an Offer: If you are selling a home, this part of the process is a very exciting part of the process. As offers come in on your home, those offers are accepted, counter-offered, or rejected by you. Most times, the offer will either be accepted or counter-offered.
Offer Acceptance: Congratulations, your offer has been accepted! Your home is nearly sold. There are only a few more steps that are needed.
Home Inspection (By Buyers): Most of the time, the buyers will get an inspection done on the home. Depending upon the outcome of the inspection, the buyers may ask for a few items in the home to be corrected (i.e. missing tiles/carpet, broken windows, etc.)
Appraisal (By Buyer's Bank): The home will need to be appraised because the home can not be appraised for less than what it is being sold for. If this happens, the bank will not fund the loan for the buyers. Most of the time, the outcome of the appraisal is fine.
Closing: The day has come. Time to close on the sale of the home. Be prepared to sign the paperwork to finalize the sale of your home. Upon signing all of the paperwork, your funds will be transferred to your Financial Institution.
